This Spanish Colonial design originated with the Owners’ desire for a home emblematic of the Mediterranean home style historical tradition of Santa Barbara. The lower floor area was kept open to the ocean views and an expansive covered south facing loggia with a fireplace. The bedroom suites on the upper floor all enjoy ocean views and share a common reading area just off the head of the main stairway.
