Project Components:

A large swimming pool terrace with adjacent spa, surrounding entertainment deck and landscaping.

Site:

A large property with an existing hilltop residence in the Solvang valley with expansive views.

The Design:

Located the swimming pool terrace below the house elevation for privacy and maintenance of unobstructed views. The pool deck has steps at both sides of its infinity edge trough which descend to a lower and more private area for the Owner’s three children to play and store their pool toys.
