Project Components:

Two connecting entry bridges to a residence—one pedestrian, the other vehicular— plus front yard Landscape planning, and a vision for future remodeling of the house’s street elevation.

Site:

A steeply sloped hill side property falling away from the access street with expansive views of the City of Santa Barbara.

The Design:

Horizontally slatted wood guardrail at the driveway and stainless steel wire horizontal elements at the entry bridges provide a modern aesthetic to the street exposure of the property.
